FAQ

Do the prints come framed?

The prints do not come framed by default, however framing can easily be arranged. Please email me directly to discuss framing possibilities. Extra shipping cost may be required.

How long will my order take?

For prints, please allow 2 – 20 days from placing your order, to when the order is shipped. For custom made works you will be informed via email for an estimated time-frame. It is up to you what shipping method you choose: Standard or Express. Depending on the country, international orders may or may not have tracking available once they leave Australia.

What is the Waiting List?

I can complete 2-3 commissioned orders per month depending on the size of each work. Your order will be added to the waiting list to ensure that customers receive their commission in the order that they were placed in. Please take into account that the more orders that are placed, the longer a single order will take to process. You will be informed of your place on the waiting list with an estimated time frame via email upon your payment. Orders will not be placed on the waiting list until all required information and payment has been received.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs will be added to your order total. Your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely. K H Artworks is currently looking into environmentally conscious shipping methods.

Can I get a Refund or Replacement?

Refunds and replacements are only available if the artwork arrives damaged. All requests for refunds and replacements must be through email. Please select carefully as you will not receive a refund for change of mind. Photo evidence of the artwork is required for refunds or replacements to be granted. You will be required to pay shipping for a returned item.
